about

8 reflections on life, based on how I imagine life will seem once I have crossed over...I imagine purpose will be confirmed, our melancholy will be justified, our resistance will be rewarded, our lost friends will find us...I imagine our enemies will be revealed as allies, their deceptions revealed as gifts...I imagine the moment that our personality solidified (when the water became a glacier) can be relived, reviewed, understood for better or worse...I imagine I can see, if just for a moment, the influence I had on those who survived me; not only feel the connection, but SEE the connection I somehow managed to make with others, like holographic ribbons drifting through the oblivious.

8 fixations on the longing for an awareness that this world cannot facilitate.

about

Truthseeker Boston, Massachusetts

"This first release, 'Weightless at Dawn', is simply an expression of both nostalgia and struggle; the nostalgia I have of staying up until dawn every night and the struggle to retain that kind of passion throughout life. The slow tempos and repetitions represent the longing to make a moment last; holding onto your emotional rushes as long as you can. The record is about being young at heart." ... more
